Register for the Health Systems Summer Institute

June 11-23, 2018: The Department of International Health at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health is hosting a Health Systems Summer Institute. The Institute is a great opportunity for early- to mid-career professionals to expand their skill sets and improve job performance.15 courses will be offered, including three health economics courses:

  • Behavioral Economics in Health Decisions, June 11-14. Taught by Dr. Antonio Trujillo
  • Introduction to Improving Quality in Public Health Practice, June 11-14. Taught by Dr. David Bishai
  • High Performing Organizations in LMIC Settings, June 18-20. Taught by Dr. Cyrus Engineer

Other topics include health equity, policy advocacy, gender analysis, injury and trauma prevention, designing transformative innovation, primary health care, humanitarian health, health systems strengthening and more.
