Individual Abstract Details

Deadline: 24 January 2014 at 23:59 US Pacific timezone (EXTENDED)

Individual abstracts should not exceed 500 words. All accepted presenters are expected to register and pay by the deadlines listed on the Congress website.

Format:

  • Title - max 256 characters
  • Abstract - 500 words, no tables, no graphics
  • At least 3 key terms
  • Disclosure
  • Past publication history
  • Past presentation history
  • Funding sources
  • Conflict disclosure
  • Presenter - Name, email address, institution/department, city and country
  • Authors - Name, email address and institution/department

Organized Session Details

An organized session is a complete session proposal which the session organizers are proposing for the Congress. It must include all abstracts and participant information.

The session will include: a session title; a session description outlining the purpose and content of the session; and between 3-4 presentations which make up the session. In addition, you need to provide disclosure information as well as presenter and author details for each presentation. Lastly, you should also arrange for a Chair for the session. Up to two organizers can be listed per organized session.

You can submit and then edit your session proposal up until the closing deadline.

Requirements for Organized Sessions

Deadline: 24 January 2014 at 23:59 US Pacific timezone (Extended)

Session description and Individual abstracts should not exceed 500 words. The organizers must ensure that they have AGREEMENT from all participants to take part in the session before the proposal is submitted. All participants within organized sessions are expected to register and pay by the deadlines listed on the Congress website.
