Health Outcomes Senior Manager: Global Pharma, UK
Location: UK
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000
We are looking to Recruit a Senior Health Outcomes Manager for the UK and Ireland Marketing company of one of the world’s largest and most successful Pharma companies.
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a growing team in a company that is very focused on a patient centric business model.
We would expect the successful candidate to have a strong background in HTA Strategy and Health economics and have worked at a senior level either in pharma or consultancy.
Key duties will include:
- Leading on submissions for new products to HTA organisations (NICE, SMC, AWMSG)
- Responding to competitor submissions
- Proactively identifying and delivering health outcomes projects to market access strategy
- Coordinating the work flow of and mentoring more junior members of the team.
- And working cross functionally on educating other areas of the business on Health Outcomes Matters
- We are looking for a candidate with a proven ability to develop and maintain contact with NHS policy makers and implementers at all levels and also manage the more technical aspects of Health Outcomes studies.

Education and Experience:
- Post graduate qualification in Health economics, Policy or Business
- Significant Demonstrable experience leading HTA submissions
- Strong Knowledge of Health Economics
- Excellent Interpersonal skills
