Health Economics Consultant
Location: London UK
My client is a dynamic and rapidly expanding company with world-class capabilities in pharmacoepidemiology and outcomes research. They are looking to grow their strategy consulting team through the recruitment of an exceptional Health Economics Consultant who will provide expertise in advanced pharmacoeconomic modelling techniques, develop pricing and market access strategies, and apply innovative approaches to pharmaceutical client problems.

Key responsibilities
- Develop pricing and market access strategies through the development and utilisation of pharmacoeconomic models
- Lead production of successful health technology assessment (HTA) applications to support market access and pricing strategies
- Analyse the economic options available to a client and advise on potential pricing models that will enable optimal pricing and reimbursement status
- Lead the delivery of health economic components of client engagements maintaining close contact with senior clients to ensure expectations are met with high quality deliverables
- Engage senior stakeholders from health systems and clinical practice across Europe when expert opinions are needed
Requirements
- Economic modelling and simulation techniques (with analytical emphasis)
- Pricing modelling techniques
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills for structuring approaches to complex problems
- Able to manage multiple senior client relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication, credible presence with senior stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Qualified to at least Masters and preferably PhD level in Health Economics or related discipline
- Ideally experience of developing Pricing and Reimbursement strategy in a commercial setting
