Health Economics and Outcomes Research Director
Location: Switzerland
Salary: up to 250,000CHF
My client is currently looking for a Director of Global Health Economics and Outcomes Research. The company, who has an established presence within the pharmaceutical industry, is going through an aggressive period of expansion globally. For this reason they and are looking for an experienced HEOR professional to join their brand new international hub in Switzerland.
In this position the successful candidate will initially be working autonomously, however as the office grows, there is a possibility of a managerial element. This position would suit an experienced HEOR professional who enjoys working autonomously, and who is looking for a global appointment where they can influence and shape the direction of a brand new division.

The fundamental role of this post is to establish and outline a new HEOR department. This will include ensuring:
- The establishment and nurturing of a team of consultants and outsourcing partners.
- The production of project deliverables.
- Supporting the alteration of a variety of models
- The production of cost-effectiveness models.
- The role will also include liaison between the other business units internally, as well as external scientific bodies.
To be considered for this role you should have post graduate qualifications within Health Economics or a closely related field. As well as previous experience working at a senior level with a HEOR team in a pharmaceutical company or consulting company.
