Director
prmaconsulting is seeking a Director to join their expanding business with extensive senior leadership experience to drive profitable growth of the organisation.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate outstanding experience of:
- Strategic leadership and business planning, demonstrating delivery against business objectives and achieving and surpassing financial objectives
- Achieving business development objectives
- Managing external client relationships
- Understanding and interpreting the needs of clients and providing flexible solutions to meet those needs
- Managing multiple projects
- Experienced people manager, reviewing the work of others and providing constructive feedback.
Experience required:
You must have strong technical knowledge of Pricing, Reimbursement and Market Access at a Global or European level combined with an outstanding strategic and commercial perspective. Candidates must have a first-class track record of successfully leading Market Access teams in either industry or Consultancy.
