Responsibilities

Objectives:

  • Lead Global HEOR support and personnel for PCBU Urology/Respiratory products
  • Develop and execute global HEOR plans to support the payer value proposition for selected PCBU product(s)
  • Develop and maintain Global Value Dossier throughout the product lifecycle for selected PCBU product(s)
  • Manage the development of HEOR studies, HEOR models and publications

Key Tasks:

  • Supervise a team of HEOR staff (currently 3) supporting Urology/Respiratory products, particularly in the tasks listed below:
  • Manage HEOR projects for multiple products within a therapeutic area
  • Generate study proposals and designs for multiple products.
  • Analyze, communicate, and publish impactful research pertaining to assigned products.
  • Contribute to the market access strategy development
  • Align HEOR activities with the market access strategy
  • Be the Market Access partner for clinical and medical on study design and implementation, and communication of study results related to HEOR
  • Contribute to valuation assessments of BD opportunities and disease area profiles in terms of market access challenges
  • Manage project budget and timelines
  • Help define, and ensure compliance with, state of the art HEOR processes, tools and deliverables
  • Recruit, manage, train, and develop HEOR personnel
  • Proactively identify and address HEOR methodological issues that may affect the PCBU.
  • Display technical competency in two of the following disciplines economics, epidemiology, psychometrics, and statistics.
  • Demonstrate a technical mastery in one of the following disciplines economics, epidemiology, psychometrics, and statistics.
