The Outcomes Research Regional Medical Research Scientist at Pfizer is responsible for providing key, priority institutional (hospital) customers, Outcomes Research support that is aligned with the Specialty Care Business Unit. The Field Outcomes Research Scientist work and activities will support the Specialty Care Business Unit through supporting therapeutic area opinion leaders in outcomes research at key regional medical institutions and other important medical customers as appropriate for regional and national business impact, and through the design and implementation of quality customer specific outcomes research projects at priority regional medical institutions and other important medical customers. The Field Outcomes Research Scientist will establish relationships with clinical and outcomes research thought leaders in key medical institutions including academicians, clinical physicians, medical directors, directors of pharmacy and other health care professionals
Advanced degree with at least 3-5 years of healthcare experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, in clinical and/or outcomes research is needed. Field based medical experience is a plus.
