This global pharmaceutical organisation has a significant presence in Australia and the Asia Pacific region and is dedicated to helping others. With a commitment to investing in Australian R&D, the organisation supplies both the local and international markets. The organisation is well positioned to take advantage of the current environment and has a clear mandate for growth.

A significant internal promotion has created an opportunity for an experienced professional to provide leadership and strategic direction for the organisation’s reimbursement function. Your prime focus will be to ensure optimal patient access to their products while assisting the delivery of key commercial objectives of the organisation.

With a background in health economics and pricing, you will demonstrate a strong understanding of the role of health outcomes and reimbursement requirements in the global drug development process and local commercialisation process. A tertiary qualification in science will be complemented by strong communication and influencing skills which will be required to maintain mutually beneficial relationships with key customers (specifically the PBAC/PBPA/PEB). Your ability to manage and motivate a small team will be key to delivering timely and competitive outcomes while building capability within the region. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and influential professional to truly impact the regional performance of this organisation.
