(Associate) Director: Market Access

We wish to appoint an (Associate) Director and Research Manager within our growing Market Access team based in the pretty village of Bollington on the edge of the Peak District and a short distance from the exciting city of Manchester.
When joining the evidence-based Market Access team of Mapi Values, the evaluation of the value of treatments in their current or future market will be at the heart of your work. You will provide strategic insight and critical evidence to develop the global and local Market Access strategy of our clients, providing activities to ensure their products are reimbursed, accepted in formularies, and properly prescribed.
The Position:
We wish to appoint an (Associate) Director Market Access. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious manager with previous market access experience in an international consultancy or in the pharmaceutical industry to contribute to the long-term success and growth of the business including ensuring that our projects provide real value to our clients, that all of our team members are given the training and support they require to grow and develop, and that Mapi Values’ superb reputation for quality work is further developed. Travel, including international travel, is a component of this position.
Responsibilities:

- Translating clinical and economic evidence into stakeholder value
- Creating new business opportunities
- Leading an exceptionally bright and motivated team working in Market Access
Requirements:
Applicants will have a relevant postgraduate qualification (MSc/PhD) and will have experience of working in an evidence-based market access environment in an international consultancy or with a pharmaceutical company. The ideal applicant should be a real team builder with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
