The emphasis of the position is on developing and interpreting financial and outcomes models, while analyzing a variety of data including pharmacy and medical administrative claims. The position is responsible for leading and conducting all stages of analytic study: collaborating with multiple business partners to understand the underlying business need to formulate study specifications, guiding analytic dataset specification and preparation, planning and conducting statistical analysis, and interpreting analytic findings for business use.

The individual in this position will be responsible for handling multiple analytic requests and working with data analysts to create analytic datasets and reports. The individual will establish and maintain extensive knowledge of the existing and ongoing analytic efforts in the larger Analytics and Outcomes organization and serve as a liaison between the business partners and other analytic teams.

  • Strong project management skills, with ability to work independently on multiple projects with sometimes competing priorities.

  • Ability to respond quickly to new requests, proactively identifying and engaging resources from across the organization.

Education

MBA or advanced degree in health care sciences, finance, statistics, mathematics, economics, marketing or other quantitative field required with significant experience in analytics.

Experience

6+ years of professional analysis and research experience with additional experience in PBM/retail pharmacy data preferred.
