Background

My client is a global Pharmaceutical company which is dedicated to the discovery and development and marketing of pharmaceutical products, as part of their continued development they now wish to appoint a Health Economics and Outcomes Research Manager .This is an outstanding opportunity for advancement within one of the worlds leading Pharmaceutical organisations.

Key Responsibilities

The purpose of the role is to lead and develop the HTA strategies and plans, aligned to strategic brand plans, for new and existing products.

To lead the cross-functional teams in the development and submission of evidence dossiers to NICE, SMC, and other national bodies and to lead and manage the appraisal and guideline processes to achieve the desired outcomes.

Experience / Qualifications

  • Previous experience within health economics and outcomes research
  • Graduate qualification in health economics
  • Account / Project Management skills, ability to work to tight deadlines in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Good understanding of the current NHS.
  • Oncology / Haematology background desirable
