Summary:
You will be located in the Health Economics and Decision Science section of the School of Health and Related Research, an established and successful multi-disciplinary health services research centre. You will support the work of National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) Research Design Service for Yorkshire and Humber (RDSYH) which is a collaboration across theUniversities of Sheffield, York and Leeds. You will work with researchers developing applications to NIHR funding schemes and collaborating in the subsequent projects where appropriate. Within these collaborations, you will assist in cost-effectiveness analyses which may include analysis of trial data and/or cost-effectiveness modelling. You will also promote good practice relating to research applications at various regional events and will be encouraged to develop your own methodological research interests and contribute to Masters level teaching and supervision. The post full time, and is available immediately for a fixed term until 30 September 2013.
