Health Economist

Location: Basel, London or Manchester, UK

We are looking for an experienced health economist who has extensive experience of health access programmes and value dossier preparation within the EU and US markets.

The job

Working with our international teams, you will take primary responsibility for the development of market access programmes and value dossiers for new pharmaceutical compounds and biologicals. You will be familiar with the clinical, economic, quality of life and wider benefits of treatment across a range of therapy areas. These data will be used in a variety of outputs including regulatory submissions, peer review manuscripts, news articles and slide kits. In developing these materials, you will be required to interact with external scientists and physicians on critical clinical and scientific issues and keep abreast of evolving therapy area developments.

To succeed in the role you will have a degree in economics, ideally with a specialization in health economics at postgraduate level. You will also have at least 3 years’ experience in a commercial or regulatory environment.
