The Role

We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Health Economist to join our team, based at Citywest in Dublin. The successful candidate will help shape our future pricing and access strategies and provide key services to our business leaders i.e. expert analysis, in-depth modelling, scenario assessment and application of pharmacoeconomic techniques/ tools. The successful candidate will be joining part of a winning team that prides itself on excellent customer service through delivering real value to the business.

The Person

The successful candidate will assume a lead role within their area of expertise and form strong business relationships in order to meet the challenges that our dynamic environment presents. To be successful within this role the following knowledge, skills, qualifications and experience are required:

  • MSc or PHD in Health Economics
  • Expertise in Health Economics/Outcomes Research with recent therapeutic and/or methodological peer reviewed publications
  • Thorough understanding of the Irish Healthcare landscape
  • Good knowledge of Global / European HTA structure
  • Excellent Communication & Presentation skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to actively contribute to the HTA environment in Ireland
  • Leadership in cross functional, non OR / HTA specific work streams
  • Ability to network with HTA contacts within the Irish Healthcare community
