Major Responsibilities:

  • Conduct systematic and focused literature reviews and identify GAPS and value opportunities for clients
  • Manage multiple projects including timelines, budgets, invoicing and client scheduling to assure meeting clients expectations.
  • Provide project leadership in MAR projects across multiple clients
  • Work with team on development of proposals and associated budgets to meet clients’ needs for selecting i3 Innovus as their preferred partner.
  • Create and disseminate study results via reports, and presentations
  • Mentor and train new research staff as needed
  • Provide support to Business Development.

Qualifications:

  • A master’s degree in health services research (HSR), health economics, epidemiology, sociology, psychology or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of research and project experience in the area of clinical literature analysis and summary, GAP analysis and providing clients with details on identified areas for further research. This experience may include familiarity with HTA evidence reviews, dossier preparation and capability to perform systematic reviews of literature.
  • Understanding of both the US payer and international HTA market requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in project management.
  • Experience performing research studies involving collection of primary and secondary research methodologies
  • Strong interpersonal savvy and the ability to build relationships both internally and with Customers
  • Working knowledge of computer software including Lotus, Excel, Access, Microsoft Word.
