Project Manager of Evidence Based Medicine

Location: Paris, France

My client is a leading pharmaceutical company devoted to advancing healthcare around the world, they work tirelessly to meet the needs of healthcare professionals and their patients. Not only do they have a rich product portfolio and a robust product pipeline, they are also renowned for investing in people and providing a workplace that challenges, develops and encourages new learning and ideas.

Right now we’re looking for a Project Manager of Evidence Based Medicine (EBM) to join them in Health Economics and Reimbursement. A key member of the R&D Portfolio Value Development team, you will participate in core value EBM dossier development for a therapeutic field in cooperation with PVD colleagues, Key countries and Regions. A newly created role, it will give you every opportunity to utilise your skills, develop as an EBM expert and help define and shape the future of the group.

Carrying out EBM analysis based on competitor, reimbursement and regulatory intelligence to support PVD therapeutic department management in line with the Global reimbursement strategy, you will also extract data from relevant databases as Medline and DataStar. You will then compile detailed scientific reports before communicating your findings to the cross functional teams. Ensuring global development of EBM strategies for new products, helping to co-ordinate EBM activities, building effective interfaces with regional and key country EBM experts and managing the compilation of core EBM dossiers - all and more are part and parcel of this interesting and varied role.

With a PharmD, M.D, PhD or Masters in a health sciences related field and experience of Cochrane Collaboration methodology or related analyses/databases, you are used to conducting qualitative and meta-analysis. What’s more, you’re well-versed in systematic literature reviews, extraction of data from studies and writing management reports. Known for your drive, energy and initiative and commitment to constantly update and develop your skills and knowledge, you have a cross-functional approach, share information freely and proactively with colleagues and. above all, have the technical skills it takes to deliver.
