A rewarding opportunity for an experienced Market Access / Pricing and reimbursement professional to join an expanding consultancy as a senior director from their offices over looking the River Thames in London.
My client is seeking an exceptional candidate with strong networking, business development experience and, of course, knowledge of Pricing and Reimbursement and/or associated disciplines to help drive forward progress in existing and new markets.
Essentially the role is open for the right candidate and you would be initially motivated to understand the business and to interact with staff. Pushing on, you should be the kind of professional with a passion in the market place and the ability to move things forward and would be contributing to and participating in the business development and activities.
The Role:
- To develop and agree the appropriate process and methodology for the project in hand with the Chief Executive and, where appropriate, other members of the consultancy team
- To develop project proposals and work-through costings
- To develop and agree project and analysis plans
- To execute projects, including the following tasks
- Team management and motivation
A consultancy role is not for everyone but the right positions can be very rewarding. My client pays bonuses of up to 150% within four years as well as share options after one year’s service.
If you are driven by more than simply a varied role, which my client can offer, you will also rewarded financially. Within five years you can expect a salary of £170,000 and uncapped potential.
