Health Economics Positions (Europe)

Locations: Germany and Switzerland
Salary: Negotiable

A number of exciting positions exist throughout Europe for experienced Health Economics and Pricing and Reimbursement professionals to extend their experience in the field and explore new opportunities. We have recently returned from the international Pharmacoeconomics conference in the United States with a number of new roles to fill.

Health Economist / Market Access Consultant (Germany): Two opportunities exist for ambitious Health Economists within a research based independent international pharmaceutical company within pain relief and end-of-life care. Contributing to the success of their products’ Market Access, the right candidates will have a background in Pharmacoeconomics wishing to become more involved in dealing directly with payers on the reimbursement side worldwide or specifically in Germany. The global HEOR team is recruiting for someone to assist with a new compound, 18 months from market, whilst the local operating company is seeking a professional to focus on Market Access with IQWiG, funding bodies and payers. Knowledge of German and English is essential. The expected salary level is EUR 50-75k with the possibility of a more senior role for the right candidate.

New Global HEOR and Pricing Team (Switzerland): A growing pharmaceutical company, focussed on end-of-life care, is expanding its global HEOR team to increase competency within all disciplines. The global director is interested in meeting and interviewing with technical modellers, analytical skills, pricing and reimbursement and patient reported outcomes experience. There are three positions to fill to build a unique team dedicated to the development of HEOR experience in end-of-life care. Knowledge of English is essential and other language skills a benefit. Salary is negotiable for these positions including local salary weighting.

Head of Pricing and Reimbursement - Medical Devices (Germany): A new function is being developed with a medical device diagnostic company focussed on vascular intervention and electrotherapy. This is a new function where the senior management team is seeking to discuss expansion of the company and give the successful candidate the opportunity to build a new global function at their Headquarters. Experience in a global environment is essential as well as the ability to negotiate at senior level.
