Senior Health Economics Manager UK

JOB SUMMARY
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior health economics manager in the UK working for a global world leading pharmaceutical company. The main responsibilities involve providing expertise in the field of Outcomes Research (OR), including Health Economics and Health Related Quality of Life (HRQoL). Support and scientifically lead project activities in the above fields. The role involves close working relationship with the marketing, market access and medical affairs team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Management of Health Technology Assessment submissions and reimbursement dossiers.
- Development and promotion of economic analyses for brands
- Liaison with internal and external stakeholders globally
- May perform analytic tasks depending on background, training and experience, using appropriate software tools, such as decision modelling, statistical analyses etc.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Education: Masters level degree in health economics/health sciences
- Candidate should have knowledge of healthcare economics, epidemiology, quality of life and clinical research.
- Previous experience relevant to role is essential
- Knowledge of UK NHS/Health environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an international matrix environment
