Job Description

This person will have the opportunity to lead a new, innovative and truly dynamic, multidisciplinary team in a global pharmaceutical with the opportunity to partner with clinical specialists, hospital management and PCTs to develop and implement new non-promotional services that will improve patient care.

You will help to create a team of field based professionals within the Market Access Department. Working with a broad group of internal and external stakeholders this team will develop working relationships with hospital multidisciplinary teams to drive forward service provision that will enhance patient care. This role will report directly to the Head of Market Access.

  • The ability to analyse and evaluate opportunities to support services which will lead to improvements in patient care
  • A clear and proven track record of leading successful teams
  • Excellent influencing and networking skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A true team player
  • Energy, enthusiasm and a proven ability to strategically plan and drive operational excellence within teams
