Position Summary: Dynamic and creative position utilizing a statistical skill set and significant SAS programming and analytical business experience. Position is responsible for the development, testing and production of outcomes analysis for both Pharmacy and Disease Management programs. Will also be responsible for marketing analytics related to the Accordant Disease Management programs.
Qualified applicant will be responsible for all phases of complex analytical projects, including study design, data extraction, analysis, and presentation of results. The position requires a practical knowledge of hypothesis, significance testing, categorical data analysis, and regression-based modeling techniques (both linear and logistic).
The ability to respond quickly to requests from all levels and departments within the organization is a must.
A results-focused orientation is required, as well as the ability to “sell” your recommendations to management with well thought out implementation strategies.
Position will also be responsible for using predictive modeling to assess risk to financial guarantees.
Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and skills with the Microsoft Office Suite of products
- Significant analytical programming experience in SAS and SQL
Education
Advanced degree in health science, epidemiology, statistics, economics, marketing or other quantitative field required
Experience
Significant professional analysis and research experience required; more than 3-years experience analyzing pharmacy and medical claims data.
