Nordic Health Economics Outcomes Research Manager
Location: Sweden
Job Summary: My client is a well regarded international Pharmaceutical company with a global presence. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Nordic Health Economics Outcomes Research Manager in Sweden.
Responsibilities:
- Strong influence skills in cross-functional teams
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Good analytical and quantitative skills
- Ability to champion ideas, take decisions and focus on results
- Sensitivity to monitor and propose appropriate response to market changes and opportunities
- Strong commercial and customer focus
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team (e.g. MA, Commercial, Development, Regulatory, Pricing, etc) and build effective internal partnerships
- Ability to work effectively in an international environment
- Management skills, planning, prioritization, objective setting, meeting management and plan execution
- Management of external vendors
Experience Required:
- Academic education (MD/MBA or PhD in Economics, Epidemiology, Health Services Research)
- Substantial expertise in a leading pharmaceutical/biotechnology company or related consultancy or within government or HTA body
- Fluency in oral and written English and in depth knowledge or fluency in the language of the local country is essential
- Long experience in communicating complex HEOR issues to non-experts
- Computer skills (at least Advanced Excel)
- Established local HEOR/HTA network
