Postdoctoral Fellow Researcher (Epidemiology): Blood Systems Research Institute (BSRI)

Blood Systems Research Institute (BSRI) an affiliate of the University of California in San Francisco, CA seeks to fill a full-time Research Post-Doctoral Fellow position.

The candidate will need to possess an advanced knowledge of observational study design, methods and execution. The candidate will also need to have familiarity with randomized controlled trial designs. Advanced skills in statistical analysis using STATA, SAS, or equivalent programs are required. Previous experience in data cleaning and analysis of large databases is also required along with knowledge of survey research design, methods and analysis. Knowledge of/and research experience in infectious diseases and/or behavioral epidemiology is preferred.

Candidates should possess a Ph.D. in Epidemiology or Health Outcomes Research or other doctoral degree in a related discipline. Candidates must possess strong communication skills.
