Major Responsibilities

  • Provide scientific leadership and project management on outcomes research and health economic studies
  • Conduct or oversee econometric/statistical analyses
  • Disseminate study results via manuscripts, reports, and conference presentations
  • Manage client relationships
  • Manage study budgets and timelines
  • Provide internal review of deliverables including proposals, reports, manuscripts

Requirements

  • Demonstrated applied econometric experience is strongly desired
  • Doctoral degree in health services research (HSR), health economics, or related field; or a master’s degree plus two years of research experience
  • A minimum of two years experience with SAS, STATA, or other analytic software.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
  • Experience with health care claims data preferred
  • Additional degree in statistics a plus but not required
