The University of Cincinnati, James L. Winkle College of Pharmacy is initiating a search for a position in the Division of Pharmacy Practice and Administrative Sciences. The successful candidate will join a diverse faculty with a record of accomplishment in teaching, research, practice and involvement with professional organizations. Besides providing instruction to pharmacy students, faculty are engaged in M.S./PhD graduate programs in Administrative and Social Sciences as well as post-graduate fellowship and residency training programs.
Assistant/Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice
Full-time, tenure track scientist/educator with primary appointment in the Division of Pharmacy Practice and Administrative Sciences to contribute to teaching in pharmacy administration in the professional pharmacy curriculum, as well as in the M.S./Ph.D. curriculum in the College of Pharmacy, and to maintain an independent research program. Research focus may include, but not be limited to, pharmacoeconomics and clinical outcomes, pharmacoepidemiology, health economics, or health services research. The position includes a joint appointment and opportunity to do collaborative research with faculty in the Department of Public Health.
The successful applicant should have a Pharm.D and/or Ph.D. degree in a health sciences related field, documented evidence of external funding and research productivity and teaching experience.
