Job Description: RTI International is currently seeking a Research Economist 2 to conduct economic analyses of government health policies.

Responsibilities:

  • The ideal candidate will also be responsible for interacting with clients, and managing project staff and budgets.
  • In addition, some other responsibilities will include preparing project deliverables, and publishing articles in peer-reviewed journals.

Qualifications:

  • We are interested in a candidate that has a Ph.D in Economics or Health Policy; or an MS or MA in Economics.
  • We are seeking an individual who is able to demonstrate strong applied microeconomics analysis skills, quantitative skills, and have interest in health economics, health policy and medicare payment policy.
