About the Director of Pharmaceutical Practice Role: To provide exceptional leadership, team development, project management, consultative skills and value-added business insights that exceed expectations across pharmaceutical clients.
- Identify new business opportunities that drive client revenue, profit and market share
- Lead and develop a high performing client service team to exceed client expectations
- Provide strategic and tactical consultative leadership across all management levels and functions
- Manage client expectations on initiatives through team’s delivery of projects from inception to completion.
Job Requirements: Five to seven years of experience in marketing research or related field. Ideal candidate will be self-motivated leader who can work in a highly-visible role across the client.
Key Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, marketing research, in-market data and forecasting techniques.
- Detail-oriented team player with good problem-solving, analytical and project-management and management skills.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Researcher/Modelers must have experience with research design, handling large databases, computer modeling, and preparation of reports, abstracts, and manuscripts. Candidate should be able to assume a leadership role in conducting and managing day-to-day operations for multiple research projects simultaneously.
Skills & Experience: Post-graduate degree in epidemiology, statistics, health economics, or pharmacoeconomics is required. Clinical training is an asset.

Missions: On a European basis and for the assigned new product , your role will be:
- To define the strategy and the health economics research plan.
- To coordinate the implementation of pharmaco-economics projects in close cooperation with epidemiologists, local teams, experts and external consultants: identification of needs, project management, analysis; presentation of results; publication.
Education: Scientific Education + Health Economics Degree.
Experience: Professional experience 3 to 5 years experience in health economics, in a European context, within the Health Economics Department of a laboratory or as Project leader in a Heath Economics agency. Project management expertise is mandatory. Experience in modelling is a plus.
Languages: Fluent English and basic knowledge of French are mandatory.
Skills: Good communication skills, rigour and good analyses skills, autonomy, team spirit, open-minded, sense of organisation and priorities.

The position requires a PhD in Economics, Statistics or Business-related field and a minimum of 10 years experience in the research arena; this experience must include conducting health care analysis and working with surveys’ must have previous experience using statistical analytical tools; and broad knowledge of research methodologies and research protocol; excellent report writing, oral/written communication and quantitative analysis skills. Some travel and weekend work is required.
Highly Desirable skills include:
- A Dental degree;
- additional experience in the analysis of health care delivery systems and dental epidemiology;
- formal economic training to the doctoral level
- and history of plenary presentations and or scholarly writing.
