Chair in Health Economics: University of Durham

Candidates for the above Chair should have an international research reputation and a sound teaching record. This is an important new post in the developing School for Health. The successful candidate will complement existing research interests, be expected to provide research leadership and management, help develop the School's research strategies and policies, and develop and maintain an independent programme of research in one or more of the School's main research groupings. [S]he will also be expected to contribute to and co-ordinate teaching and supervision at mainly postgraduate level.

You will have a strong track record of publications, experience of obtaining and managing research grants, research teams, and research students.

The successful candidate should have a sound knowledge and understanding of the UK National Health Service.
