Tier II Canada Research Chair in Health Policy: Queen's University Centre For Health Services and Policy Research

The Queen’s University Centre for Health Services and Policy Research invites applications for a Tier II Canada Research Chair in Health Policy. The incumbent’s research program will be based in the Centre, with a primary academic appointment in the Department of Community Health and Epidemiology.

The ideal candidate will have a doctorate in a relevant discipline, with preference given for specialization in health economics, have a record of substantial peer-reviewed publication, and will demonstrate evidence of an independent ability to attract research funding. Research germane to the Canadian health care system, experience in working with decision makers, and previous teaching at the post-graduate level would be assets.

This is a tenure-track position at the rank of assistant or associate professor with salary commensurate to qualifications and experience. Academic faculty at Queen’s are governed by a collective agreement between the Queen’s University Faculty Association and the University which is posted at http://www.queensu.ca/qufa.
