The Bing Center for Health Economics is an endowed center at the RAND Corporation devoted to improving health and the efficiency of health service delivery.

As part of this effort, the Center provides funds for distinguished scholars to come to RAND’s headquarters in Santa Monica, California. Fellowships typically last from three months to two years and involve collaboration with RAND’s health economics group.

The Bing Center provides office space and administrative support, and, in exceptional cases, a housing or salary stipend. Fellows must have a Ph.D. or M.D. degree, and are expected to participate in the health economics seminar series and other health economics events. Information on past fellows can be found at the Bing Center web site.
