The Associate Director will oversee the execution of complex pharmacoeconomic evaluations, including construction of disease models used for cost-effectiveness and budgetary impact analyses for major pharmaceutical clients. The Associate Director position combines senior-level project oversight with front-line responsibility for client relations, project timelines, and deliverables. This high-visibility role provides excellent opportunities for collaboration with thought leaders in the field, and for publication and presentation of study findings.

We are seeking candidates with:

  • Post-graduate degree in a related field plus 7 years directly relevant experience (or PhD and 5 years)
  • Training and experience in advanced health economics and outcomes research methods
  • Familiarity with clinical and epidemiologic research methodology
  • Training and experience with statistics, quantitative methods and/or computer programming
  • Experience with business development, client relations and project management
  • Aptitude for training and mentoring junior and mid-level staff
  • Track record of publications and presentations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Access, Excel, Word); experience with statistical software (SAS, SPSS), and Visual Basic for Applications a plus
