Processes: Develop, implement & lead systems & procedures which facilitate the efficient movement of key information, expertise & buy-in between global HE&OR & CPOs.
Performance
- HE&OR Regions Strategies: Play a leading role in assisting Regions
- Global HE&OR execution of strategies at CPO
- Adaptation of global Models & Value dossiers at CPO level
People/Communications
- Forge and Co-ordinate effective communication channels between Global HE&OR TAs and the Regions
- Facilitate Sharing of best practices between Global HE&OR, Regions and CPOs including sharing standardised protocols and processes for study execution.
- Lead the Strategic Alliance meetings as a means of ensuring an effective communication forum between global HE&OR and key CPOs.
- Local stakeholder management.
- Efficient communication of research results.
- HE&OR & training.
- Provide support to Regional Market Access as the Global HE&OR Regions representative.
- Develop & Lead the Global HE&OR, Regions Group
