Due to our growth, this newly created “hands on” Manager Economic Evaluation, reporting to the Director of Pharmacoeconomics, will be responsible for Economic model development for: new indications and disease entities, comparative analyses of different product modalities and dynamic pricing and forecasting; Development of complex econometric methods for all Endo products including: Cost-Benefit, Cost-Effectiveness, Budget Impact, Willingness to Pay and Bayesian Models; Epidemiological models for current and new products; Novel and unique analyses to demonstrate value of Endo products; Use complex analytic methods such as Fourier, & Time Series; Generate posters and publications on methods and analyses for scientific and industry journals; and act as resource to Scientific and Medical Affairs, Marketing, Business intelligence and Strategic Marketing as well as Senior Management within Endo for economic model development. Make presentations regarding the value of Endo products to managed care companies.
The desired candidate will possess: a Masters Degree in Health Economics, Econometrics, or Pharmacoeconomics and 5 years experience or PhD with 1 year exp. in pharmaceutical or related fields, “Hands on” capabilities with complex statistical and econometric software such as: LimDep, Stata, R, MARS, CART, WinBugs, TreeAge, MATLAB; Exceptionally strong quantitative skills; Good communication and presentation skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
