Two 3-year PhD positions: Junior Group of International Health Economics and Technology Assessment (JGiHETA), Heidelberg University
Location: Heidelberg, Germany

JGiHETA is seeking applicants for two PhD positions. Applicants should have Master degree in the area of health economics, or a relevant discipline. They would have good English skills (TOFEL scores ≥560 or IELTS scores ≥6.5). They will also need good skills in statistical software such as SPSS, STATA.
The applicants should have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team and some experience of undertaking research. The study areas will be on health financing and health technology assessment including economic evaluation, especially in equity and access to health care, outcomes assessment in low and middle income countries; health and poverty issue.
