Call for Abstracts and Session Proposals Submission Information
Update: Thanks to everyone for their submissions. We are extremely pleased with the turnout and will do our best to contact everyone with a notification of submission as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and —of course— your participation.
The number of submissions we have received in the closing days of the call has been extremely high. We are trying to respond to all submissions with a notification within 48 hours, however, it is possible it might take us a bit longer. Please be aware that all communications with iHEA will be a bit slower due to the volume of email arriving.
Just a reminder that the submission deadline for the 6th World Congress is was Wednesday November 22.
For the purposes of submission, please consider the deadline to be
11:59 PM (2359h) at UTC-10 (the timezone for the Hawaiian Islands)
which should give everyone a little extra time.
