AEA/CDC Summer Evaluation Training Institute
Location:
Sheraton Atlanta Hotel, Atlanta, GA, USA
Dates: Sunday
June 14, 2009 (8:00 AM) - Wednesday June 17, 2009 (01:00 PM)
A joint effort of the American Evaluation Association and the Centers for Disease Control, this outstanding evaluation training opportunity is open to all who work as evaluators or wish to learn more about evaluation.
It is appropriate for beginning- and intermediate-level evaluators, and advanced evaluators wishing to refresh their skills or investigate new topics, consumers of evaluation such as funders and program administrators, and students in the social sciences wishing to explore an applied discipline with great employment potential. We anticipate approximately 550 in attendance.
Approximately 50% of the presentations are new to the Institute this year. And, as in the past, there are multiple presentations offered during the breakout and training rotations. Repeat attendance will offer you the opportunity to sample something new or visit that session that you could not make it to in a past year.
