Notes
- All submitters are required to pay a submission fee of $125, however, 2010 iHEA members in good standing will have that fee waived (a 2011 membership is not sufficient to have the submission fee waived). Note that (a) the presenter in individual submissions (ie. a presentation that is not part of an organized session) is responsible for the submission fee or 2010 membership and (b) the submitter of organized sessions is responsible for the submission fee or 2010 membership (individual participants of an organized session are not required to pay the submission fee).
- A participant is a presenter, co-presenter, chair or discussant in a session. This does not include co-authors unless they are presenting. Participant rates are only available to 2011 iHEA members. Note that the $495 early bird rate is ONLY available until January 15, 2011 after which regular rates apply.
- Attendees are individual who are attending only and have no role in the program. Member attendee rates are available only to 2011 iHEA individual members.
- Day rates are available only to member attendees and non-member attendees. Day rates are not available for conference participants. These rates are not available until after April 30 and when the program is posted. Day rates include conference materials, refreshments and lunches only (where applicable, Special Events may not be available to Day Attendees).
- Accompanying persons are people attending social events with their partners but not the scientific program.
