Organized Sessions: Session submissions are being accepted via Email to submissions@healtheconomics.org.
NOTE: Please ensure that your submission is text only. Our review system cannot handle graphics or tables. Please also ensure that individual abstracts are fully anonymized.
Submissions must be in English.
If you want to have Discussants in your Organized Session, you must provide their names. Discussants are optional for Panel and Abstract-Driven Organized Sesions. They are not provided for open call sessions.
Disclosure of funding sources for the session as well as other potential conflicts of interest will be required for both individual abstracts and session proposals. If the material has already been presented or published elsewhere we will ask that you include this in the disclosure step.
Individual abstracts may be up to 500 words in length on any topic in health economics. Individual abstracts will be subject to blinded review by three separate reviewers. Please ensure that you do not include any author details within the abstract text.
You may submit individual abstracts using our online form or submissions@healtheconomics.org.
Organized Sessions are 1 hour long, please keep that in mind when putting together your session proposal.
Submitted organized session proposals are peer-reviewed by three separate reviewers as a complete package. Prior professional activities of session participants are criteria for acceptance and thus this review is not blinded. Individual abstracts from proposals which are not accepted in the organized session intake will be entered in a repĂȘchage peer-review that is blinded.
