Cancellations will be accepted via phone (+1-902-461-4432) or e-mail (registration@healtheconomics.org), and must be received by the above stated deadlines to be eligible for the refund listed (you will be given a confirmation number as "proof of cancellation before deadline"). Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event. Substitutions for attendees will be accepted at any time before the conference, presenters must receive approval from program committee (registration@healtheconomics.org).
iHEA reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.
