Developing Countries Presenter Scholarship

As part of its mission to promote health economics throughout the world, iHEA provides some funds to subsidize attendance for iHEA member researchers coming from developing countries to present an accepted abstract at the conference. There is a limited amount of scholarship funding from iHEA, and so we require that you approach your normal funding sources before you apply to iHEA. Typically, iHEA will consider scholarship applications only from conference presenters from developing regions for whom the conference costs would be a significant hardship.

Students from or studying in developed regions will not be considered for support through this scholarship stream. Instead you should review the information on applying for student scholarships.

Scholarship applications are due by 28 Feb 07. Note that along with an e-mailed scholarship application you MUST register for the conference through our on-line system (you can set up a pending registration through the on-line system).

Please download and use this application form (MS Word - 32KB). Once completed simply e-mail it to Bill Swan.
