Note to Presenters: Results of the Abstract and Session Review will be emailed on or about January 31. The Deadline for Presenters to confirm attendance is February 28 (note that if not registered and confirmed by March 15, the presenter will be dropped from the conference program). The deadline for a full refund for Presenters is March 15. Deadline for refund to Presenters (less administrative charge) is April 30.
