Information for Presenters
Information for oral and poster presenters at the 6th World Congress.
Presentation Length
Sessions are 1 hour in length INCLUDING questions, preparation and wrap-up. Each session can have between 4-5 presenters. Your presentation length depends upon the number of abstracts per session. Data projectors are available in each room. ALL presentations will need to be pre-loaded before your presentation day.
Student Paper Prize:
The Student Paper Prize for single-author papers will be offered at the Congress. To be eligible you must currently be in a program of study or have graduated no earlier than September 2005. Note that copies of dissertations will not be accepted. To apply simply submit a SINGLE-AUTHOR paper of journal submission quality by April 30, 2007 to: bill@healtheconomics.org
Poster Specifications
Each poster is limited to a maximum dimension of 1 metre by 1 metre (3 feet by 3 feet).
Poster Prize: A best poster prize will be offered at the Congress. Judging will occur of all poster presentations on display.
