Call for Papers: Third Health Econometrics Workshop

In recent years, health econometrics has been playing an important role in supporting health and social care policy decisions. The Health Econometrics Workshop aims to bring together economists, econometricians, regional scientists, and geographers to discuss the use of statistical and econometric methods to address issues in the field of health economics.
The III Edition of this Workshop will focus on econometric tools and their application for explaining spatial/geographical variations of phenomena in health economics. Theoretical and empirical contributions aimed at understanding the role of geography in health economics are also welcome.
Submission of papers:
Papers for the Workshop will be selected on the basis of full drafts. Papers should be sent in electronic form to healtheconometrics@crisp-org.it no later than 15th May 2012. Decisions will be made 15th September 2012. Authors will have the opportunity to submit their papers for publication in a special issue of Regional Science and Urban Economics
