10th annual Canadian Health Economists' Study Group (CHESG) Meeting

CHESG Call for papers and Registration Open

The 10th annual Canadian Health Economists’ Study Group (CHESG) meeting will be held at the University of Western Ontario from July 8th-9th,2011. The conference ends the afternoon of the 9th, permitting travel to Toronto for those planning to attend the iHEA conference.

We are pleased to announce that the keynote speakers at CHESG this year will be Partha Deb, Hunter College and Andrew Briggs, University of Glasgow.

Registration

The registration fee is $100+HST Regular, $20+HST for students and includes conference materials, meals and the conference dinner. To register please go the CHESG website at http://chesg-geces.ca

Paper Submission

To offer a paper for consideration, please submit a complete draft in two formats: an anonymized pdf version along with a Word version containing author contact information to chesg2011@uwo.ca with “CHESG 2011 Conference - Paper For Consideration” in the subject line. The deadline for submission is Monday, May 16th, 2011. Authors will be notified as to whether their paper has been accepted by Friday, June 3rd, 2011.

Conference Venue

The University of Western Ontario is located about 2 hours drive from Toronto, accessible by car along highway 401, by train and by air from either Toronto or London airports.
