On behalf of the Food and Agricultural Marketing Policy (FAMPS) and the Food Safety and Nutrition (FSN) sections of the AAEA, we are pleased to invite you to join us for the pre-conference workshop, “Behavioral and Experimental Economics, Food and Health.”
The objective of this event is to discuss the behavioral and experimental economic contributions that seek to explain the impact of consumer behavior on health. This workshop intends to enrich attendees’ understanding of the theory, research methods, and tools for using behavioral economics to analyze food choice and health outcomes.
