Call For Papers: 11th European Health Economics Workshop

Papers are invited for submission for the 11th European Health Economics Workshop. The workshop will be hosted by the Department of Economics, Lund University
Objective and topics: The aim is to provide a forum that encourages the development, critical appraisal and dissemination of methodological research in health economics. The workshop focuses mainly on microeconomic models in health economics with an emphasis on industrial organization, but contributions in other areas as well as empirical applications are also welcome. The Workshop is run over two days. There are no parallel sessions and one hour is devoted to each paper, with presentations by the author and a nominated discussant. The number of participants will be limited to around 40 people. Participants are expected to attend the whole of the meeting and play a role as author, discussant or chairperson.
Funding is available to cover the costs of accommodation and meals during the Workshop. Participants pay their own travel costs.
Submission procedures: Papers for the Workshop will be selected on the basis of full drafts. The deadline for submitting draft papers is February 10th 2010. Papers must be submitted electronically (PDF or Word) by email to eric.rehn@nek.lu.se. Authors will be notified about acceptance by March 1st and will be required to provide electronic versions (PDF or Word) of the final paper by April 1st. Papers will be posted on the Workshop website in downloadable format.
