For example, healthpolicy makers in both industrialized and developing countries use it to help plan health services, evaluate new technologies, programs, and procedures or design health insurance benefits. Also, policy makers and non-governmental organizations can use the technique to allocate resources and evaluate programs in many sectors ncluding conservation, women’s education, and economic development.
