This event will seek to focus public attention worldwide on successes and failures in implementing the ICPD Program of Action and formulate concrete recommendations on the further implementation of the Program of Action. The forum will concentrate on four major topics: 1. Family Planning and Reproductive Health, 2. HIV/AIDS and other Sexually Transmitted Infections, 3. Migration and 4. Aging.

The event will entail many selected keynote speakers relevant to the themes of the forum, as well as plenary sessions and workshops based on the four focal topics. Geographical regional workshops will also take place and give participants the opportunity to discuss regional successes and failures in implementing the Program of Action, as well as recommendations for future implementation.  In addition to these scheduled sessions, there will be a Congressional Reception and the signing of a declaration for future action regarding the goals of the ICPD.
