2 The Author's Rate is available only to organized session podium presenters and open call podium or poster presenters. It is not available for co-authors, session discussants or chairs.

- Refund less $100 USD administration charge - December 16, 2004 -June 30, 2005
- No refunds after June 30, 2005
- Substitution of attendees acceptable until June 30, 2005
- Presenters
- Full Refund - Until December 15, 2004
- Refund less $100 USD administration charge - December 16, 2004 -February 28, 2005*
- No refunds after February 28, 2005
- Substitution of presenters is acceptable after February 28, 2005 but NO refunds will be provided.
* Abstract submitters who are not offered a presentation slot may request a full refund with no penalty until February 28, 2005.*
